DAYS/TIMES AVAILABLE FOR FUNDRAISERS
Sunday - Thursday - start time is flexible - we'll work with your schedule
Friday - Saturday: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
($100 refundable deposit required)

FOOD OPTIONS:
Carved beef in au' jus served on an oversized Kaiser bun with all the fixings and fresh caesar salad.
Your cost $6.00 per person. (suggested sale price of ticket - $12 - $15)

Homemade lasagna (large portion) served with Italian salad and garlic toast (can substitute with caesar salad).
Your cost $6.00 per person. (suggested selling price of ticket $10 - $12)

Ukrainian food - includes perogies with sour cream and butter and onions, cabbage rolls, grilled kielbasa and coleslaw.
Your cost $6.00 per person. (suggested selling price of ticket $10 - $12)

Social style food including 3 kinds of deli meat, 3 kinds of cheese, pickles and fresh rye bread.
Your cost $4.00 per person (suggested selling price of ticket - $7 - $10).

No food option - you set the ticket price and keep all proceeds One drink option - your cost $2.50 per person (you decide your ticket selling price)

 

The food is prepared based on your numbers - an accurate number will have to be given to us at least 4 days prior to the event - if you tell us you're expecting 100 people, then that will be how many we will prepare for and that you will be charged for. Any food left over will be yours to take home. (We always prepare for the unexpected - so there's always a few extra orders).

ALIVE in the District has hosted parties and created events for many of Winnipeg's elite. From the Aspers, to the prestigious CFL Grey Cup, to the Red River College Media Awards, - we've done it all.


Our event specialists will assist you in planning and producing your Christmas parties, staff parties, customer appreciation parties, theme parties, corporate fundraisers (United Way), and any other events.

We will help create a menu that is within your budget and have it prepared by our outstanding caterers. If you wish, you can have your own caterer prepare the menu and food. Our technical representative will be available to assist you with all your lighting and technical requirements. Our friendly and courteous staff will be sure to make your experience at ALIVE a memorable one.
